All of our programmes achieve the right balance of experience and reflection to ensure the relation of learning back to work situations. Our strength lies in the specificity of our solutions, each one of which is tailor-made to suit each client. We offer flexibility of venue and of length. We can provide one-to-one coaching and group work, based either in the workplace or off-site.
Most solutions weave together the elements of Self, Team and Leader. These subjects are closely interrelated, and have an impact on each other; a programme aimed at improving teamwork will inevitably cover issues around Teambuilding, for example, and personal development is key to working in a team. Our programmes use a balance of groupwork, individual reflection and discussion to explore the links between these elements.

Using an experiential approach, they develop effective problem solving methods and working practices, clarify roles and relationships and develop appropriate processes in order to ensure practical application back at work.
leadership Development programmes are custom designed to respond to the needs of managers in your company, providing them with the opportunity to assess and develop their leadership ability.
Through a combination of practical project leadership, theoretical input and review, participants explore the critical processes of leadership, and then form an action plan to take what they have learned back into the workplace.
