'No man is an island entire of itself' John Donne, Meditation XVII Why? Work
today involves contact with other people. Most people work with others, or at
least, have dealings with colleagues on a regular basis. Some are part of
formal work teams, with a definite structure and purpose. How? We offer programmes using two different approaches to teamwork Our solutions with 'Teamwork Skills' as the focus are designed to equip participants with the awareness and skills required to work in a range of team situations. Our 'Team Building programmes' are aimed at existing or newly formed teams working on either short or long term projects. The programme goals are to build trust, co-operation and commitment, encouraging open and honest relationships. Using an experiential approach, they develop effective problem solving methods and working practices, clarify roles and relationships and develop appropriate processes in order to ensure practical application back at work. |
