Self

Why?

At the core of all development initiatives is the need for self-knowledge. Developing the potential of the individual is fundamental to our work. All development starts at the self, and then leads to how we behave in teams and as leaders in an organisation. As people understand themselves better they increase in confidence. This benefits other areas such as working relationships, delegation skills and decisiveness.

It can be either the sole focus of a programme or can be combined with other aims into a broader development programme.

How?

Personal Development begins with a knowledge and understanding of oneself. We begin by gathering feedback from others during reviews following group tasks and exercises using 360º feedback, psychometric questionnaires such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B.

We then use this information to draw conclusions and formulate plans and strategies to use this knowledge in the working environment.
