Most solutions weave together the elements of Self, Team and Leader . Through a combination of practical project leadership, theoretical input and review, participants explore the critical processes of leadership, and then form an action plan to take what they have learned back into the workplace. We then use this information to draw conclusions and formulate plans and strategies to use this knowledge in the working environment.
