We offer programmes using two different approaches to teamwork
Our solutions with 'Teamwork Skills' as the focus are designed to equip participants with the awareness and skills required to work in a range of team situations.
Our 'Team Building programmes' are aimed at existing or newly formed teams working on either short or long term projects.The programme goals are to build trust, co-operation and commitment, encouraging open and honest relationships. Using an experiential approach, they develop effective problem solving methods and working practices, clarify roles and relationships and develop appropriate processes in order to ensure practical application back at work.
Personal Development begins with a knowledge and understanding of oneself.
At the core of all development initiatives is the need for self-knowledge. Developing the potential of the individual is fundamental to our work. All development starts at the self, and then leads to how we behave in teams and as leaders in an organisation. As people understand themselves better they increase in confidence.
