Our Approach

Our core philosophy is that everyone has the potential to achieve more than they currently do. Our main aim is to unleash this capability.

Business strategy is only as effective as the people who implement it. The attitudes, values and behaviour of employees can either be a vital component of success or a major hindrance to it.

RK & A believes that any development strategy that is going to be of real long term benefit to a company must have people at its heart.

  A successful strategy will ensure that:
    individuals reach their potential
    maximum value is achieved from both individuals and teams
    an organisational framework is developed that allows everyone's work to be as effective and profitable as possible

RK & A works with you to establish to what extent these aims are currently being met, analyses and prioritises your needs and requirements and then sets up situations and experiences that enable your people to explore and develop new ideas and ways of working.

Through a process of dialogue, individual/groupwork and projects we stimulate your people to believe in themselves and their capabilities, broadening their understanding through challenging their thinking, making them face the consequences of their behaviour and identify their potential, therefore enhancing their capacity to deliver in the workplace, as individuals and in teams.


IN SUMMARY

In summary, the process goes through various stages:


  consultation - you share your vision, strategies and obstacles with us. We listen to you in order to gain a clear understanding of your situation and the business context in which you operate. We then develop a common understanding of what would constitute a successful outcome of the performance development process.

  co-creation - we design and develop appropriate development strategies that respond to your vision and your needs. By doing this in close consultation with you, we ensure that you remain in control and receive the service most suited to your requirements. These development strategies may draw from and combine a wide range of components including psychometric tests, one-to-one coaching, cultural surveys, 360º feedback and strategic or behavioural workshops.

  delivery - we work with you to deliver the process.

  follow-up, support and evaluation- we review experiences, relate them to working practices and transfer this learning to the workplace. We monitor and review everything that we do and constantly evaluate our process by spending time with you to establish whether or not we are meeting your aims, relating what we're delivering back to your original objectives in order to ensure that we continue to reach your targets and surpass your expectations.
